website setup & design
I really enjoy working with website design. I kind of "fell in" doing it while working on creating content for BigCountryHomepage.com for KTAB and KRBC, and through the years I took on a few website projects for people here and there. I've just learned as I go through the years, but starting in the Fall of 2009 I will be pursing a secondary degree that focuses on Website Design and Programming, so that I can learn to do a few more advanced things to help my clients make the most of their sites.
Most of my current sites are built using Free CSS Templates that have been released for free under the Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License. I then edit them using Adobe Dreamweaver, with graphic editing in Adobe Photoshop. I can also set up name purchasing and hosting, which I ususally use GoDaddy.com for. I have set up several websites that then are turned over to the client to edit, but I also maintain sites if that is a client's need.
